ABOUT EVA
Eva Louhivuori is a Helsinki-based singer, songwriter and musician. She plays the keys, clarinet and guitar and has a voice with over 4 octave range. Past few years Eva has mainly been focusing on her successful band Eva + Manu.
In addition to actively writing songs for various artists in Finland and abroad, she writes jingles and works as a studio musician. Since 2017, Eva has successfully been writing music for asian market. Latest releases includes Mirei Touyama´s "Tiger" (2018), Gugudan´s "Chococo" (2017) and them song for Renny Harlin´s fantasy movie "Legend of the Ancient Sword" (2018) performed by chinese boy group Nex7, to name a few.
Eva has been studying film scoring and vocals at Berklee College of Music and Sibelius Academy.
In 2013, Eva + Manu got Emma-award nomination for “Best new act” and “Best album cover”. In addition, their song “Stars” appears on CBO:s television series The Beauty and the Beast. Eva + Manu have done hundreds of live performances, including Taratata (with Ed Sheeran and Red Hot Chili Peppers) Eurosonic Festival, By:larm Festival, Reeperbahn Festival and ZDF Morning show.
